When Sarybel Velilla** from Puerto Rico
was elected Miss World , in the year 2000, Barbara Serrano, First
finalist was crowned by mistake!!! Being a queen for only a minute.
Finally the mistake was clarified and Barbara crown Sarybel, and
all that happened live!!
 Barbara
Serrano was chosen the following year as Miss Puerto Rico
World and represented her country in Miss World 2001.
After all, it was a premonition to wear
a crown on her head. Don´t you think so?
** Sarybel Velilla participated in Miss Universe 1996, Queen
International Coffee 2000 and Miss World 2000.
