Miss Mexico 1993, Fabiola Perez Rovirosa, was the last Miss from this organization headed by Carlos Guerrero, because, the following year Nuestra Belleza Mexico was born headed by Mrs. Lupita Jones Garay.

Fabiola originated from Chihuahua, she participated in the 1994 Miss Universe Pageant held in Manila, Philippines, where she provoked positive comments from the International Press, she also won second place for "National Custom." Later, after the pageant she competed in Miss Hispanidad and won being also the last edition of Miss Hispanidad.
